Wish I could stupid-slap the dimwits in Yonkers city government.
On another note, always thought speakeasies sounded pretty cool. You can disguise the entryway to look like something else. Won't the mob fill this void? And can you trust them for quality goods? Best of luck to the citizens of Yonkers.
