God... I'm so sorry I couldn't resist a good thread title... but you never know. Maybe if enough people start saying it we'll get a Chuck with Nuclear Pile batteries or something.

The only thing I could think of to wish for on a chuck would be a quick way to turn it off other than unscrewing the atty; like a slide switch between the vape switch and the top or something like that, in classic THAG BUILT style.

Ok guys have we thought this through? This might send Jeff back to the design stage, that might delay or halt Chuck production while he works on a new design do we really want to do that?

IMO the Chuck is all I need. The only improvement I could see would be a NOS button for 6v.

that is a great idea. Never thought of using a NOS switch!

There is one thing I think he should do just to be on the safe side. I think he should drill a hole through the end caps in case of battery explosion. I know it's rare but it does happen especially with the CR123 batteries.

Take the batt cap off and blow into the chuck..... vented!

Yep, there is some air coming out around the switch. Never noticed that. I was just suggesting it after I saw that thread about the exploding GG which turned out to be not as bad as it could have been since it had 3 holes drilled in the cap.
