You'll need 15 posts, you're there. If you click on "Settings" at the top of the page you should see "Edit Signature" in the Settings menu to the left.

You'll need to find your own counter I believe, but a quick Google search or clicking on someone else's banner should get you moving in the right direction.

I've tried to get mine to work a couple of times but every time I copy the url and try to upload it, the site tells me that it's 'Invalid File'.
