I'm not sure about that..my order says "processing" but also says shipped on 1-3-12 without a tracking number..it's possible it is shipped and just isn't showing up on the site. Anyways I can't complain too much I have made lots of orders from MV since June 2011 and most are here in 2-3 days..I think the longest it took for one order was 5 days. I'm out of Carmel Tobacco (my fav) though so please hurry up (at least I have plenty of my other flavors) :D

I have never had a problem with madvapes saying something has shipped when it has not. Now the postal service is another story all together. LOL

I put my order in on New Years Day and it shipped today. Not bad considering yesterday was the first day they were open since the holiday. I also ordered a 510 box kit and I thought it would take longer to get that than it did. Sort of excited to get my first mod (yes I know I should have went with the VV mod but still excited...another time lol). Also got some of those Boge Cartos I keep hearing so much about and can't wait to try those.

Now it's up to one of my favorite Government agencies to deliver my product as fast and efficiently as it does my junk mail /sarcasm.

I thought I was the only one who received special shipping treatment ;) Last order about 2:00 p.m. mountain Time on the 30th. shipping notice received at 2:55 mountain time on the 30th. In my mailbox yesterday.

I ordered from two other places earlier that same day (a mod only vendor for spare parts - and a juice only vendor for two bottles of juice) one shipping notice yesterday and the other today.

I NEVER complain about this stuff and I have ordered countless things for over 2 years , and I understand the Holiday order rush thing,,,,,,,,,,But I ordered really early Monday and it STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED OUT!! Really AGGREVATING when you pay several dollars extra to get it FASTER and these other guys on here talking about how they can order something two or three days later than I did and they have already got and used their order,,,,,Meanwhille I have opened a ticket yesterday just wondering if their was a problem and I STILL haven't heard anything and it STILL has not shipped!!!!!!!! The worst part is when it is dropped in the mail it ALWAYS takes a Minimum of 3 days to get to me,,,,,so if it even ships out on 1/5/2012 I am S.O.L. untill NEXT WEEK,,,,,,and I paid $7.00 extra for this PRIORITY service!!!!

Sorry to rant and hoog, I love you guys but the timing really sucks as I was REALLY counting on my stuff being here by now!!

Yeah mine is still processing too..I waited to order until Tuesday because I knew they were closed Monday but now I wish I had ordered last week..not a big deal though as I'm fairly sure I will have my order by Saturday...BTW there shipping FAQ's says:

"How quickly do you ship after I place my order?
We usually ship within 24 hours for order placed Monday through Thursday but please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be shipped."

So it can take up to 72 hours to get sent out. Why does it take 3 days when you pay priority? Once my orders are shipped it usually only takes 2 days to get to me and I don't pay for extra shipping and you live closer than I do..if you look at the bottom right on there site is says they are processing over a thousand orders and it was over 1,200 the other day..that is busy for them as I noticed it was usually in the hundreds a lot.

Anyways who knows maybe both our orders are shipped and the site is just not showing it..it does say my order shipped the same date I ordered it when I open up the order. I think that happened on one order I had over last summer..it said processing then when it showed up it was already at my post office for delivery (if I remembering correctly that it was MV) Well hopefully my order is in soon as I'm really craving my Carmel Tobacco..have a substitute though as I bought Carmel flavor but it's just not the same :(

I dont ever pay for priority as it does not affect the processing time and usually takes about the same time to get to me. I would rather spend that money on spare parts :laugh:

Yeah 1st class is fine it's only 2 days usually..I would only pay extra if it was guaranteed overnight. My order did ship today..it probably will be here by Saturday worst case Monday. I can't complain too much that's still not bad and it during a busy time right after a couple days off.

We are now getting 400-500 orders a day! We are working after hours to get everything caught up! Thanks again!"

Well believe me they are busy as bees over there I went by there shop today and kept getting in some of there pullers way as I was shopping with Scott thru there warehouse(so its partly my fault some of your orders are slower than normal;).

But really they are trying as hard as than can to get your orders out and are expanding there warehouse once again so having some growing pains I'm sure but be patient MV will get caught up from holidays and get back to normal soon like everyone else.

Hey guys, I am sorry for the "blah...blah...blah...." earlier, and bellieve me, I know ALL ABOUT the up's and down's of small business first hand!! ABSOLUTELY NO ill will is directed at ANYONE at MadVapes, especially you hoog!! ;-)

I have been with these guys from the beginning and I am thrilled they are growing so fast!! MV has definitely had a huge hand in improving my family's health, and countless others over the past few years!! More business = more people taking control of their bad habits and creating a healthier future for themselves and their families!! Who wouldn't like that?!

Bravo guys and thank you for enabling countless people to have a LONGER and POsITIVE life!!! :)

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

Yeah they are on my FB too so I read that ;) I know it's not there fault either they are just busy. I should have ordered earlier really..you all probably know how it is if you're out of something (especially when it's your fav) it takes longer to get but if you have enough it's there really fast :D I hope MV keeps growing and stays the reputable company they are..I have been recommending them on this forum a lot since I started posting here a couple days ago and have recommended them to a few people I know over the last 7 months I have been buying from them..well my order is in the USPS hands now on it's way (hopefully making it by Sat) :)

Im pretty sure madvapes will always stay the best. From what little I know of hoogie he seems to be one that knows that customers are the ones who make a business. He has always done everything he can to keep us happy. So many companies these days have the attitude that the customers can just deal with it. Not madvapes, they are always changing to keep the service to the level we are used too.

My hats off to them!!
