I'm looking for property owner rules breaking.

For example, I drink unsweetened tea. No movie theater offers that as a beverage. Therefore, I smuggle a bit of unsweetened instant tea powder into the theater and mix it with bottled water (that I buy from concessions). The rules say "No outside food or drink", so I'm technically breaking the owners rules.

Yes, I've sometimes taken my own snacks into movies -- many things are possible with the vast purses I prefer. I've even taken my own canned/bottled sodas in, thanks to those vast purses. Because the prices that movie theaters charge for anything are just plain extortionate -- AFTER paying the extortionate price for a ticket!

With only a few notable exceptions (the last Harry Potter in IMAX!), I quit going to the movies when they stopped letting you smoke even in the lobby or restrooms -- at home, I could pause it anytime I felt like going out for a smoke, or a bathroom break, or whatever. And that all still applies, with vaping, though I can do that in the house -- still nice not to miss anything just because I want a snack or a potty break.
