The dreaded Vapor's tongue is finally GONE

After over 6 days of vapor's tongue, I finally have my taste back with a vengeance! vaping is FANTASTIC! I'm finally able to enjoy my Blueberry Cheesecake, Sweet Tarts, and all the other flavors I've been chasing for over a week. The flavors are so much more flavorful than before too. For those of you scouring the forums about no taste, please be patient because it will come back! I've been smoke free for about a month (minus the 1 I had bc of vapors tongue) and I am so happy I discovered vaping.

Well, in my case, everything tastes like damp cardboard. Totally frustrating. I tried some MBV strawberry today and it seemed to kick-start my taste buds (or nose).

oh man ive been looking for a "damp cardboard" flavored ejuice for weeks!!!

I find if I alternate some mint when that happens I get my taste back.

Just absolutely no taste whatsoever. I kept switching flavors, cleaning my carto, and all the 'cure' suggestions I kept reading, to no avail. Just had to wait it out. Now it's superb.

I know what you mean, I would sometimes get a chemical taste but mostly it was just nothing. It's very frustrating.

It's the cotton mouth that is gets me sometimes. Been drinking a lot more water lately.

I would think that I may have had that except my brother has the same tank (protank mini II) and his I could actually taste the liquid off of. Still I hope I don't get this vapors tongue. First I've ever heard of it.

I've had that a couple times now where everything just tastes muted, or like nothing at all. Have found that coffee or mouthwash tend to shock my tastebuds back to normal and then things start going back to normal.

I have been vaping for about 10 days and I seem to be getting a metallic taste, I thought it was the coil. I changed it and still the same

I made a big mistake by starting vaping clove from Apollo. It's got hot cinnamon in it. I love it, but it's burnt up my taste buds and I can't taste the other juices I have. It doesn't help that I chain vape.

Wow long time for v-tongue! Mine lasted 24 hours. I would go insane for a week of it!

I had this for a little bit(started vaping a week ago) and its been completely cleared up by drinking lots of water. I keep a full nalgene bottle next to me at all times now!
