Hello everyone!

I'm a new member, and have already gotten some of the best information from these forums- so thanks to all of you! :)

Just received the E-Cigarette E8 starter kit with: 1 battery, 1 USB charger, and 4 cartridges. It arrived sooner than expected, shipping was cheap & well-packaged.

I have used it all day today until the tip began to blink and no vapor came out (assumed its a dying battery). The unit works great and has the weight just over that of a regular cigarette. Tasteless cartridges are exactly that; only supplying my body with nicotine.

I attempted to write a user review in the appropriate section on these forums but was unable to. (not activated / not privileged).

A few questions:

  1. The battery charger displayed a full charge indicator light after only being charged for one and a half hours. Should I leave my e-cig charging for the full 3-4 hrs every time?
  2. I know NI-MH batteries and the like tend to keep a 'memory' if not charged properly. About how long should I expect this battery to last before I have to replace it?
Overall: I have enjoyed using my E8 at home, in the car, and at a shopping center today. It is comfortable and functional. I will let everyone know after I have used it for a week or so.

Charge your batteries per the user instructions. Do not trust charger lights as they tend to be fairly innaccurate.

A a general rule, expect your batteries to start dying within a month or so. The automatic screw-in batteries tend to lose their ability to provide enough voltage and current to produce decent vapor fairly quickly.

Ove the next few weeks, note the areas you feel your current device is failing you. Use this list to help you identify a future device that might better meet your needs.
