my bombshell stinger had been having problems with its button for quite sometime. I have no idea how i can fix it. it now is completely stuck in and un-pushable! im so heart broken. Does anyone know how to go about fixing it? If not then any kind of direction towards a 26650 mod would be awesome! that or your favorite kickable mod. I asked before but the mod i bought ended up getting gifted to a friend and so many new mods have come out since then.
thanks everyone it is beyond appreciated!!!

im starting to think there is a short somewhere. used bigger wire and everything got hot. how do i test for a short? ive put it back together the exact way it was before. only difference is i drilled holes in the posts on those contacts. couldnt get the solder to stick so drilled the holes for the wire to go through. heres pictures.

well i tried it with a lr cart and decided that may have been the problem. sorry i realized i came off a bit ....ty in one of my previous posts and i didnt mean it. i just miss my bombshell :(

i figured it wasnt good to use the kick so i just used the spacer piece that came with it and just running it regular. no kick or anything attached to the top. when i push the button i can feel everything gettin hot including the batter compartment.

well the second wire i used was 20. i also got to thinking. its exactly what happened before i took it apart and why the button stopped working. i fired it and everything go hot and the button just never came back out. so either theres something wrong with my battery or theres a short somewhere. i just dont know where to start or how to test for all this.

Well if you have a multimeter you could wire it up and check the voltage going through there. 20 ga wire is to thin IMO and that is why it's heating up. There is too much current going through there. There are wire gauge calculators on line to check what gauge is needed for various wire lengths and voltage. The shorter the wire, the more current running trough there. Check the voltage off load (no carto attached) if normal there may be a problem with the connector. If possible post a picture of how you have the wire and switch connected to the delrin spacer.
