Well, good news is that my GLV came in the mail yesterday! Bad news is the ultrafire's I got from battery junction were DOA Got some AW's on order and will hopefully be able to use it soon. I'm really liking the size of it and the button so far.

That's a bummer. You got x2 batteries that were bad?...that's weird.
I thought the same thing. I have some 3v tenergy cr123's that I got to try in there. Fit perfectly and worked for a little bit. The Ultrafire's didn't even really want to go in. I think Ultrafire's QC just sucks. Hopefully these AW's will get everything squared away.
Just wanted to thank Jay again. While I'm quite happy that I won, I'm sad I didn't buy a GLV sooner.
Got my new batteries! Love the way the GLV vapes. Button placement and comfort in the hand are fantastic. Choosing the powder coating over the anodizing was a wise idea on Jay's part. Really can't say enough good things about it. Thanks again Jay. I'm in vaping heaven right now.
