well at least she is cute.... and not so hairy... :)

I don't even belong in here the past few days. I'm maintaining my weight loss which is the good news. Bad news is not much exercise over the holidays. They are supposed to let us go early at 1:00 tomorrow. I plan on coming straight home, after stopping off at the state store, and getting on the treadmill! Still making great food choices, except for the Mexican restaurant chips today at lunch with my best friend. Oh and I guess the house special large margarita wasn't so good either. *sigh*

Maintaining is GOOD. You Absolutely ROCK!

Jumped on the stationary bike and did 6.8 miles and burned 159 calories. I don't get nearly the workout on the bike. It does make a good off day exercise  No stress on anything but I did work up a little sweat.
Planks done today too. :)

I guess I'm going to have to try vitamins again. Anyone familiar with Raynaud's? This happens when I get cold now, sometimes it's my entire pinky and index. My boss says she gets the same thing and Vitamin K is supposed to help. I wonder too if it could be related to my back issues-bulging disc. (excuse my ugly hand)

Y'all are doing great...hopefully it rubs off. We are starting our walking at lunch again next Tuesday. That was a great way to get in two miles.

One of the reasons I REALLY loved moving to Florida, in the winter my hands would get numb from the cold. They never got to the point of turning white. I do know what you mean when you say tingly and numb. I won't feel that anymore. I don't have any back issues so mine is not related to that.

I remember the first time I saw a picture of her in full makeup for that movie. I thought that Can't be her! Yeah, makeup can go both ways ;)

I finally stopped the movie halfway through and looked it up on the internet. I knew she was in the movie and I kept waiting for her to appear. After awhile I said that has to be her though I saw zero resemblance. And her personality was as ugly as her face and her body. About as convincing an acting/appearance job as it can get.
