Hello folks, I feel the need to share my experience yesterday . I did great all day at work , oatmeal in the am and a turkey breast sandwich for lunch . no snacks . lesson learned . I got home after work starving and really over ate all the wrong stuff because I did not have enough food through out the day
However , I hope to be back on track today . I am going to the gym after work for another jog 1.50 and I am having my snacks today (yogurt , almonds and string cheese) I will report my weight Monday . Have a great weekend




I am sore today. I need a long run for cardio so I'm gonna shoot for 5 miles today.
