breakfast... one of those Blueberry creamcheese thingies and a can of Monster
Lunch ... 2 double cheese burgers from Burger King Medium Coke
Dinner... 2 beers, Red Beans n rice, 4 jalepino peppers, 4 chocolate chip cookies

and I still weigh the same... :)

you suck

ETA: don't go there :sneaky:

You did it all wrong! You must first declare yourself on a diet. You will immediately gain 5 pounds just uttering those words, and from that day forward you can look at a cheeseburger and gain two more! ;)

I think I gained 5 lbs just reading that. :D

On the other hand... just reading about all the exercise going on in this thread makes me tired. I'd say it's time for a nap, but it's nearly dinnertime. Which is leftovers from last night... chicken teriyaki with broccoli, over brown rice. It's possible to eat well and deliciously without eating things I can't pronounce.. like "quinoa."

Pronounced: "Keen-wa."

Try it, its much better for you than brown rice, and different!

Its not prohibitively expensive, BTW.

Quinoa is fantastic! It does take some practice to get the flavors you want with it. It's a food that leaves you feeling energized rather than weighed down after eating. Yum.

Up 4 tenths.
I did get on the elliptical late last night but only did a little over two miles. <~ A month ago I was pleased about doing 2 miles
We had a later dinner than normal (went out with the inlaws) Not a good thing.

Today I am going to just see what happens. We are meeting for a late lunch so that may be my dinner too. Or just eat light later tonight. No plans other than that.

Tomorrow they go home. It will be easier to stay on track :)
I actually prefer a heavier meal at lunch and a light meal for dinner. Then I have time to work off what I've eaten.

Weight is steady. No treadmill last night, but I walked many steps for work yesterday. And my coworkers thought I was crazy...every time I came to stairs I ran up them as fast as I could. My inner thighs are killing me today. Today we walk at lunch. Hopefully tonight I can hop on the treadmill.

pain is a warning signal.....

Love quinoa but you have to try Freekah. With some olive oil and cumin....great replacement for brown rice. Good for you! :)

I've lost a pound, finally. Maybe more, I fought myself about weighing, and finally decided to do it after 2 cups of coffee and lunch, so true weight might be lower.

I haven't been getting much actual exercise, but have been walking around quite a bit more than usual last few days. Moved furniture Saturday, deep cleaned some stuff Sunday. It all worked up a sweat just the same, and must be helping some.

I resisted the cheesecake in the fridge (helps being lactose intolerant, because I know it makes me feel awful) and have been doing pretty good on food for the most part. Probably still eating more than I should be, but it has mostly been healthy choices. I dont trust myself to count calories yet . I can tell the difference in my skin and hair over the past few weeks, so I know I'm on the right road.
