After two toast & peanut butter w/ coffee breakfast around 6am, went ahead and added a can of Campbell soup's Grilled Chicken and Sausage Gumbo. Tastes great, just a touch of 'spicy'. The whole can comes out to 6 gram of fat, 12 gram of protein, 280 calories of belly full. The potassium is a little much, but the way I've always eaten bananas (pretty much every day) I don't think it will be a major problem.
