dont know about yall but the past few weeks have been terrible, yall wouldn't believe what happened to me the past few days

Woke up jan 1st to state troopers at my front gate, I went out to see what was going on and was placed under arrest for Larceny, my wife and I were freaking out, they took me to jail and it was a holiday so I couldnt bond out or find anything about the charge until this morning. They took me to talk to the judge and had the wrong guy, I spent over 24 hours in jail for mistake in identity with felons, ..., that topped off the bad week I had prior, glad it was a mistake in idenity, it was a 20yr sentence, now I have to sue the county for pain and anguish, gonna have a field day with this one!! So how was everyone elses new years lol

mine was good, i found out grruss is my dad so i'm inheriting his long list of LE's

not kidding, they told me i couldnt bond out the day before as it was a felony over $200,000, I was freaking out, telling them I have no idea what they are talking about and I havent done anything, they said "thats what everyone says" contacted my attorney and he said the county had no clue what was going on with the charge, found out this morning it was a mistake in idenity and had to be cleared by the judge, I just got out 2 hours ago, never been to jail in my life, told them when I was leaving that I hope they have good lawyers, I think the justice system is a little flawed lol

yeah, expect to see this on the news as I am sueing the whole county for $1,000,000, my lawyer said my chances of winning are 99% as I wasnt asked for my ID, wasnt shown a warrant, pretty much everything they did was breaking the law. I was also a MAA in the military (military police) I'm pretty sure I dont have a record lol, I thought the whole thing was a joke until I actually got to jail, my best friend is a police officer, thought he was pulling a prank
