yeah, expect to see this on the news as I am sueing the whole county for $1,000,000, my lawyer said my chances of winning are 99% as I wasnt asked for my ID, wasnt shown a warrant, pretty much everything they did was breaking the law. I was also a MAA in the military (military police) I'm pretty sure I dont have a record lol, I thought the whole thing was a joke until I actually got to jail, my best friend is a police officer, thought he was pulling a prank

dont know about yall but the past few weeks have been terrible, yall wouldn't believe what happened to me the past few days

Woke up jan 1st to state troopers at my front gate, I went out to see what was going on and was placed under arrest for Larceny, my wife and I were freaking out, they took me to jail and it was a holiday so I couldnt bond out or find anything about the charge until this morning. They took me to talk to the judge and had the wrong guy, I spent over 24 hours in jail for mistake in identity with felons, ..., that topped off the bad week I had prior, glad it was a mistake in idenity, it was a 20yr sentence, now I have to sue the county for pain and anguish, gonna have a field day with this one!! So how was everyone elses new years lol

I foresee a Texas Justice System LE in the future! I'll get working on a render!!! Looking forward to the lawsuit subsidizing the price on these as well! LOL!

Hi all I've been "MIA" for a few days...and missed all of you. I am so sorry for that happening to you over the Holidays Faceless! It's highly unusual...and some "heads will definitely roll" over some crap like that!!!!! That's a "no-no- in Law Enforcement Fugitive Apprehension! It should NOT have taken 24 hours for them to run your prints thru AFIS and SEE that it was mistaken identify! Gawd!
