I'm sure I can work something out :)

What are the differences in the 4s and 5? I have a 4s and it is jailbroken with tons of songs on musicbox. Is there a way to keep my music or transfer music box songs to my pc?

The iOS update is on the 19th. The difference between the 4S an 5 look on the surface to be small but I can guarantee they are larger than they seem. 4" screen which makes the screen 16:9 aspect ratio natively. Better camera with picture taking from video as well as panoramic photos. Much better front facing camera. 18% thinner and 20% lighter(huge), 4G LTE, and here is the one thing everyone is underestimating the A6 chip is 2X faster. Imagine your 4S twice as fast.

I don't think Apple will stray too far from this design ever. There is only so much you can do with a rectangle. Think of a Porche. They don't reinvent the car every year but refine what they deem their perfect model. Adding just new technology where it would make sense. For Apple to come out with a new model phone risks taking a huge step backward.

As far as the musicbox app I am not familiar with it but I'll figure something out. In the meantime go watch the video for the iphone 5. BRB

Porsche likes to change three panels every 2 years and call it good lol. They they say they changed the appearance of 60 percent of the car.

I'm not saying they do a bad job but they change comically little, at least to the naked eye.

That was kinda the point I was making. In their eyes they they have the car they imagined. Adding new technology to what they consider their perfect model while not revolutionary still satifies their customers while not alienating them. Probably not the best anology but it makes sense. Apple does revolutionize their products and industries in general but after that nails down their products and refines them. Look at the iMac or macbook. When have we seen a drastic design change in either model? To do so would alienate their customers. I think their next big push will be in the tv market and then possibly cars. I'm calling it now.

Well they already had a go at the shoe market.

I just made a new wick and tried this method for cheese cloth at the end for the heck of it and it works really well. Great vapor production, taste, and no more hot spots, it seems very smooth tasting.

SS Mesh/Cotton hybrid wick - YouTube

I know the method and I've tried...yes it works and it's extremely easy to setup.

The problem is that you are getting back into atomizing juice from cotton which somewhat alleviates all of the benefits of a genesis atomizer. The taste with the cotton and without the cotton, back to back, is significant.

I spent 6 hours getting my first genesis to fire properly. It wasn't this one it was actually a much more finicky one. But once you put in the time it becomes a lot less challenging. If it works for you by all means do it but try it with just the wick at some point. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

I understand what you mean... it does dull the flavor somewhat, as I just took a puff off of my Gp Paps with the DID with another juice and also off my ZEN Mini with a coffee based juice. Both of those have SS mesh wicks only and the flavor of the juice is more robust.

The DID on a ProVari was my personal nightmare of a setup. First Genesis device ever and I didn't have a mechanical mod. Funny part is I got it right away and vaped it for like an hour before it started acting up. After that it was 5 hours of constant E1's and popped coils lol. Oh well...good learning experience.

Have you tried making the wick the other way? Using cheesecloth/cotton in the center and than wrapping the SS mesh around it (pre-oixidized)?

I use that setup on certain juices.

Ugh, back to catching up. Got to see PSY last night, yahs! Than remembered I don't really like lives.

Cyclin,

Whats the rules with my sig? It wont even let me put my link under it lol wth!
Hmm I'm not sure, our accounts have different requirements. I believe you were saying only 150 characters allowed and I think there is a size restriction as well. What's the error you receive when trying to add the link?

I'm sure I can work something out :)

The difference is I will actually buy the 5  didn't get the 4s yet, was waiting on the 5 and had just gotten a 4 when 4s came out.

If music box is a jailbreak-only app you can always download PkgBackup from Cydia to save all tweaks, Cydia appas, and data :) I would let iTunes handle all contacts, settings, email, etc but some choose to do everything manually

Ok Faceless I figured out how to transfer musicbox music to the ipod app on your phone. The written instructions are a bit long so I'll just PM you.
Ooops nvm looks like CASEACE beat me to it

=============----==============

So tonight I finally had some downtime to try different coil setups. Took the wife to this new Korean BBQ place in town, got her all tuckered out and the baby fell asleep with the babysitter so night hours were mine muahaha

Right now using 33g wire at 3 wraps blowing clouds :vapor:

Going to try braiding some wire then wrapping, a friend recommended that a while back :) Anybody have any experience with wrapping braided coils?

I probably would too in that case. I did some convoluted thing to get the 4S because my line wasn't eligible yet. Put it on my mother's line, then flipped it to mine. I'll wait on the next incarnation this time..LOL.

Haha the ol cross upgrade trick. MobileShare plans are a steal if you talk on cell phones to landlines and other carriers, UNL talk/text share Data between lines.
