Me and Ezkill was having this argument earlier.

We still don't know if it vapes the same. I need to try braiding Ezkill's way to compare again.

Argh USPS seems to hate me this week.

Well... it's hard to test against 28g Kanthal because it has 5.5 ohms of resistance per foot.

You would need to braid 31 Kanthal(which I don't have) because it's about 11 ohms per foot, so braiding it would halve the resistance down to about the same as 28g. You would need a lot of wraps, and I mean a lot of wraps to get something that doesn't just burn with 28 or twisted 31.

When you start getting down to .6-.8 ohm coils it's a bit much for me :D I personally prefer 1.3-1.5ohm but everyone has their own taste.

no need to buy tips to match the 9/11 tribute ;)
you might have an outdated spring, where did you purchase it? You can use a file or sand paper to sand the white piece, at your own risk :)
Bought it off the classies so i'm not sure of the date. Maybe i'm just too tired but i don't understand how the filing of the white piece helps? As said I'm absolutely loving the device and the switch issue is not major. The switch works like a dream and fires everytime, it just wobbles a bit and the pv sits a bit crooked on the table like this, (sorry about the angle)

If I filed down the part where the screw sits in the switch, that would shorten the throw right? as the bottom piece would come closer to the base.

Better to put a washer under the screw to shorten the throw vs filing down the plastic.

You can always remove the washer, can't unfile the plastic.

Also try to get different springs to find the one that works right for you.

Yes, it would, but if you file it too much, the iHybrid will fire under its own weight.

Don't ask me how I know.

2. Actually they're both going to be gifts to a buddy. He wants a Genny but its out of his price range so this works out perfectly.

Hmm, anybody know how long it takes for approval from Vaporwall?

Chinese DiD clones.

I'm not a fan of the chrome plated brass but I got tons of friends who want my iHy but not enough money for one.

Yea I don't even vape my DID's due to the brass nuts. Have to get around to buying the SS insides and using them again.

Reactive lead containing brass and juice...meh.

Actually thought about putting some magnets in.

I know you're in finland so shipping might be terrible but faceless does sell the magnet sets on his site. With all three magnets installed it stands up straight.

The washers would be to shorten the throw.

You can adjust it how you want to basically. Throw in a couple washers to shorten throw and three magnets to make it stands up straight and you can get it to where you want it.
