What size are the o-rings again....I will post a link but can't remember if the tank o-ring is the same as Zen or if the tank o-ring is the same as the top cap o-ring on a zen.
Here are the ones I use in the Zen tank section, just in case its the size you need.

Tank sleeve rings being if you want to run without the tank protector, but cover up the exposed threads?

Just return the wick in whatever flame device you use to oxidize your wick. Burn it till it's glowing red hot and it should be good as new. No need for a totally new one. Unless it is a super old wick in which case then I would replace it
