I have one of the "green" ihybrids sitting in front of me right now, and its quickly becoming one of my favorite vapes. Clean, nothing crooked, buttery threads, vapes like a beast, out performs some of my dual wick setups with one wick and some lovely advice from the great members here. I have owned just about everything out there and this is one of the best machined pieces I own. The QC is impeccable. Beyond that, out of all the hybrids or mods I have owned this community and the hybrids creator (faceless) has been nothing but accommodating and helpful in ensuring it is the best vape possible. For one, I cant imagine this level of discourse after dealing with this product, support group or manufacturer. If there is anything I can do to get you up and running, and happy let me know, im more than glad to help. I'm sorry you are having a hard time getting the vape you want from it, we are all here to help you get it to where you want it. PM me, respond here etc and let us know what you are having problems with, i assure you we can solve any issues you are having, its one of the best vapes out there... bar none.

If you cant get it running right and my/our advice doesnt help, i will GLADLY give you my hard earned money for yours.. open ended deal, just send me your PP info.

yeah, they will always work. I guess me working from 8am-7pm in the shop when I can get to the shop isnt long enough, as usually from 9pm-1am I am on here when I should be back in the shop doing quality control. So, from here on out I will be working from 8am-730pm. At least I visit my thread on occasion to try and keep up with customer service

Hot spots are user error though. Low vapor is caused by an error. Thats a fact, unless there is a short in the device, but you would know if the device had error, the battery would get hot and melt the plastic off the battery if there was a short not in the coil and wick, use a paper clip and touch the top post and unit at the same time and fire it and you will see what I mean.

You sold the unit I sold you, and you know what I did? I had it shipped to me and sent them a new unit, I would have done the same for you. Dont ask and you get nowhere. Knowledge is power. I dropped the price because so many people whined about it being too high for SS and aluminum, the same people that spend $250 for a 1 battery full aluminum device, lol.

I can say that faceless did that for me for free! I got a unit that was one of his first ones, all i did was ask him a few questions about the device and he instantly stated "oh that sounds like you have one of the first few i made, just ship it back to me and i will send you a new one with next day shipping" which he did do that, and when i wasnt looking for a new device just had a few questions! Faceless i really appreciate that and your product is the best vape experience i have had today IMO

I already own an orion, my wife wanted it for the side button, it does produce great flavor but I'm not a fan of the switch, I have to hold it awkward to have it wick and fire the switch, if the switch was opposite of the air hole, I would use it.

I love the feedback Crypt, I do. I'm not like most suppliers, I value it I would love to send you an updated version for feedback, for free of course. I'll even send you a spider to get feedback on the anodizing If you dont like it, just send it back

That machine oil wont be there, I run them through a cleaning process

WOW, sorry just had to post on this as I have never heard another supplier offer someone a $250+ LE device just because they were unhappy. Hats off to you faceless

crypto, i hope this can all get worked for the both of you, i would love to see you vaping happily on an ihy, but some devices arent for some people, good luck to you and hope you find what you are looking for

If you spent more time on quality control instead of hangin in this thread maybe people buying devices today wouldn't have crooked tanks.....they do....I have seen them, even on the Pluid edition.

Again......my opinion is based on my personal experience. Perhaps the iHybrids of today are the best thing that ever hit the genny scene but that doesn't make me a happy iHybrid owner as mine was crapola and cost much more than those of today. I guess some more testing and working out the flaws prior to rushing to market would have been better for the consumer....or at least setting a price and sticking to that price, not dropping it after you get your feet on the ground off the backs of those that paid their hard earned money for something that was inferior to what you claim to offer today.

C'mon guys. Those two from what I get are friends. I will admit it did feel like an attack on our beloved iHy's. sometimes communication breaks down and people are left repeating themselves to make sure they get the satisfaction of being heard. that said lets just let it be history.

I won't be at vape bash....and if I were going you would be sorely disappointed with your judgmental sideline cheerleader pom poms, as both ego and I respect each others opinions.

I wasn't raised to be politically correct.....that came about later and IMO people keeping their mouths shut because they were spineless or didn't want to upset those around them, has and is a problem with today's society. Things were so much easier when you could be upfront and honest without some getting their thongs in a twist because they didn't agree......no one has to agree, but they should respect other people and their opinion whether they agree or not. Instead people today form groups and hide in the back and discuss their disgust with certain issues or problems, instead of speaking out to the people or companies with whom they are unhappy. (this is a general example and has nothing to do with this thread....it's everywhere, it's now SOP in today's society at every level)

Somebody needs some attention. Get a cat. Go to the provari thread and tell them the provari sucks. This device has come along way in tje short time its been out. How long did it take other devices to fix their switches and the problem was way more serious. Just move on buddy.

I don't care what your idea is after the fact....if you were to take the time and read this thread, you will see that ego likes to have criticisms brought out in the thread. As far as I am concerned this issue is closed but as I said I am not shy and will not sit here and not respond....I will visit this thread anytime I want as I was giving permission to hang here anytime.
