Honestly it wasn't your opinion you were giving in the other thread that started this whole thing...you trashed the IHY after two of us suggested that someone look into buying one....well you, and others that do visit this thread....
But seeing as you keep saying that everything is cleared up and done...and you yourself chose to not call this thread Home, like the rest of us here...why don't you be the Grown Up and leave, so the rest of us can go on with our normal thread and enjoy our time we get to spend here.

If I hang somewhere longer than another it's because I am either finding the conversation intriguing, helping others, or simply like the people that I am chatting with at the time.

So I saw a first run in the classies. I tried to run through this thread to find out any problems that might have been identified with the first 50 run but found nothing. Otherwise I'm buying the darn thing right now !

I'm using a 4/5 with 28 ga. What are you going to be reviewing?
Very nice. What is this twisted coil stuff? Is it simply twisting the kanthal together? What is the upside of this?
Buy it! I only say this because if I were in a postion to do so, it would be gone already.

[EDIT] I just rolled a new wick for my original first 50 iHy (the one I was having hot spot issues with the other night). My issue was definitely the wick. The wick was old enough for the wire to have burned through the first layer of mesh and was causing the problem. Rolled a new wick and wrapped a new coil, and it is up and running beautifully. I supposed I could have just reversed the wick, but I just rolled a new one. Got enough mesh and kanthal here to last a year (or 100 iHys - witch ever comes first

^^^ Yup what he said.. im using 30g kanthal 3/4 wrap with a tree trunk wick.. never have to tilt etc to prevent dry vapes. Great setup IMHO. I've tried a few other wick and wire combos, ATM this is my favorite.
I'm all caught up now, hoping to hear some banter on the LE and Hellraiser etc.. I have to program all day so ill check in periodically and catch up.

My problem is the Tracing Number I get it show only a notification like the post office in US didnt get it to ship it for me and really am totally lost here I dont know did Faceless shipped it and forget to update me with the tracing number or if there is a problem about it am really feel bad and sad for that.

Wel my v2 has not arrived also.
A drippy tips shipment, which was send two day's later arrived today.
So my conclusion: v2 must be coming now very fast unless customs has picked it up
But I trust that Faceless not put the whole amount of money on the package

yes...just twisting the Kanthal
.....it lowers the ohms per inch
....allows a few more wraps on the wick to bring up the ohms, or like on my fat wicks, to get them similar to others ohms with a thinner wick and a single wire wrap
....the edges of the "bumps" mean a bit less contact area on the wick
....a thicker surface area, makes it a bit more sturdy, stable
I didnt llike my experiences with them in the beginning....but....listening to others here enjoying them, convinced me to give it another go...and it has turned out to be quite nice.
Cant wait for the Faceless atty mod adapter.....too slow to get lucky on any Paps....but....did snag a Gus with spare tube to ding around with....now the pee pee dance begins for shipment.
