You asked why didn't I come to you and tell you I want happy....I told you why....you may now wish that you hadn't asked me why I didn't come ask as the reason paints you as someone you don't want to be perceived to be....poor at handling customer service. As far as the offer....it fell on moot ears or blind eyes.....it just feels like your doing it to look good to everyone in your thread, not because you actually want to or have regrets for selling an inferior product IMO, otherwise you would have stopped attacking in defense or comparing another vendor who has nothing to do with your device nor my dislike toward that device.

you got me all figured out. My customer service sucks. I compare it because you say it vapes better which makes no sense due to the setup, please try and keep up, its getting repetitive.

I also dont need to make myself look good because if you had any clue who I was you would be standing in line for my autograph, come to chicago and see what I'm talking about.

Dreamcast was awesome.. in fact even current day people buy them and run Linux on them as stand alone boxes and mod them to have storage.. pretty powerful for those days.

I didnt say it was better, I said it can vape just as well and hit better, theres no reason it cant.

Here let me put it in layman terms

1. the other mod is a great device, it is top quality SS, I own a few
2. I had issues with a version, just as you did with mine, I didnt post drama, I responded to yours from a different thread
3. I didnt like a few features so I made my own
4. your complaining about something with the very first runs
5. they are updated
6. I acknowledge it was not as good as it is now, things get better, its called adapting
7. I offered to replace the tanks free as long as you paid shipping, if it was a problem, you should have spoke up and I would have addressed it, you kept silent, holding back, and now feel like you need to vent months later
8. I offered you a free unit for feedback as of now, but you call that poor customer service, thats laughable to me
9. You like other people want me to fail and not surpass certain mods
10. You cant grip the concept of 1-9

This really went downhill when it shouldn't have.

Some pages back there was constructive criticism going back and forth and a mutual respect.

In those posts, which maybe you didn't see or ignored(I don't know) you were offered a free limited edition ihy to try out and give your opinion on. An anodized one specifically as you questioned the quality of the anodization. At that point it was still pretty amicable and it seemed to be a good solution.

Now it's just a chicken/egg back and forth and there will be no winner.
