I missed a lot of chit the last few days didn't I! My original 1st iHy on the day one list worked perfectly from the very first coil and wick. And after buying 5 iHy's, that one is the one I used until just last week when I gave it to a newbie genesis user at work who has the same passion for vaping as we all do. If I didn't like the kid at work so much, I'd still be vaping it daily. I loved that 1st one, and have made it very clear to the guy that it is only on "perpetual" loan to him.

But before I leave a couple of questions. Does anyone use Noalox for the threads? Has anyone tried using the mesh instead of wire? I saw a post on it somewhere. I cant find it now. I think it was on another forum. I remember the guy saying it worked and was metered out at 2.5. He had it wrapped once around the wick. Maybe less than a 1/4 inch of mesh. I still dont know how he fastened it down. Just curious to know.

I got my IHybrid 2 days ago and holy sh**. This this was a pain to start (new to rba's) but i think i finally got it. I love this thing.
Im running it with about 3 wraps of 32ga kanthal but it seems like im missing something. Would 30 or 28 be better for a first time user?

Depends how hot you want it and how many wraps.
I'm happy with 30g. 28g, I need more wraps to be in my sweet spot.
All comes down to your preference.
Edit: Before RBA's what resistance did you vape at or wattage?

You won't regret it StacyDamn! That Hell Raiser is one sexy looking device! I have yet to buy an iHy and I am kinda glad I have waited. The HH will hopefully be my first venture into the iHy world and by the sounds of it, many of you fear the beast and won't be F5ing for a purchase. Hopefully this makes buying one a breeze.... yeah right

the lock on my switch lost it's threading and doesn't lock all the way and gets jammed halfway unlocked.
