Do I want to fork over the money and buy a Provari or get the MVP2? I go back and forth. I don't know how many times I've added one of the "slightly blemished" Provaris into my cart only to change my mind. The MVP2 is attractive but I'm not sure if I'm thrilled about the built in battery. I'm currently vaping with an Evic and while there is nothing wrong with it I am kicking myself for not buying the Provari in the first place. If money were no issue I know what I'd do but money is a slight issue (but not insurmountable). If I were a mature, responsible adult I'd wait another month but I want a new one now darn it!

I'd weigh the features against each other. Exactly what are you wanting out of the device, or the device to do? I've looked at the Provaris, want one, yes, but the price is a killer for me right now. I've got an iTaste VV V3, MVP V1, and an SVD, along with 6 510 Cigalikes, 2 Ego-C 650 Twists, 2 Ego-T 1000 passthroughs, and 1 Ego-V Mega 1200 V2, and I use them all, the MVP and SVD more than the others. Contemplating really hard on buying the MVP2 as I love both my MVP1 and SVD to death, having best of both worlds. I'd also love to own a Darwin and a ChiYu Mech, but again, poormans income, not going to happen.

Just got the MVP 2 in. Ive never had a provari so its hard to compare. but if you are looking for a rock solid PV with great battery I'd say get the MVP2. I dont use VW, but if you do, that should make your decision right there. But I have owned a VAMO, and I some may not think it's a big deal but having to carry a spare battery everywhere with me was a pain. I know the MVP will get me through a day at least, but I charge it at night and use it as a pass through so I feel like your going to get more features and save quite a few bucks by going MVP

I appreciate the feedback. I think I might have found a solution. If I get the MVP2 now then I can ask for a Provari for Christmas! I have a feeling that I've built up such high expectations on the Provari that I might ultimately be disappointed because I'm not sure if anything could meet that grade. I'm still waffling on the whole thing but just reading what others say does help a bit.

That is a good idea. But ultimately remember they are both just PVs and they both do the same thing, well for the most part. The MVP does a few things the provari doesnt. I know its about build quality, and consistency. So far MVP has been pretty consistant. And if your even the slightest bit clumsy, think about which one you would want accidentally falling outside and getting scratched up (dropped my vamo I don't know how many times and I only used it for about 2 months

Provari mini. You have the choice of 3 batteries depending on which extensions you get. Pick up a nitecore charger which can charge all three types of batteries, a good tank, and you're set.

I wish my iphone had replaceable batteries. Sucks when you're out and about and can't use it cause its almost dead.

I own an MVP (not the spanking new) and got a provari a few weeks ago. If you can go with a provari, then go with it. Wonderful device. You can swap batteries and it delivers a solid performance. None of that half way through the battery drop in vapor quality. If you're on a tighter budget the MVP is a nice choice. Long battery life, looks good, and it's simple to work with.

Well after having such Good luck with my eVics, I would settle for nothing less than the Provari.

However I will definitely wait until they release another model and see if it fits the bill. For me with all my tank/flavor changes, VW is a given.

Has there been any word about a future release on the Provari? I admit I haven't done my homework on that. I always assume there will be a new and improved version of something but wasn't sure if anything has been publicly said about it.
