Agreed, but I think it will still sell in B&Ms. For the ECF crowd, this would need to be closer to the $30-$35 mark to make sense. With the wealth of sub-$50 30w-50w box mods coming down the pike, I have no plans of replacing my VV 3.0 with the V4.

I completely agree. With the sales etc, VV3 has started going under $25. For $50, I can get 2 VV3 with a total of 1600 mAh vs 1000 mAh.

But remember what they cost in the beginning

Exactly! I love the look of that rainbow one, chromatic... but I'm waiting till the prices come down, as they inevitably will. It does seem a bit longer than the vv3s, but maybe no longer than my 900mAh ARO Winder -- which has to be charged the old-fashioned eGo way, dang it all, none of this nifty pass-thru stuff. :D

It's looking like I'm going to need to decide sooner rather than later about whether to get a VV v4 or just get another VV v3. :(And I can't make up my mind. I'm a little bit leery of the Nature series right now. The v3 is out of stock at the places I usually order from. The v4 is both running high on pricing (more than the MVP 20w), and the chromatic seems to be out of stock at all of the places I've looked.

Decisions, decisions, decisions.

The chromatic is my choice too, once they come down a little. You see a lot of cool stuff to put on top of that type. :D I'll probably get one sometime next year. I really like that they increased it to 15 watts; since I started doing the DIY, I'm finding, with my kayfuns, that sometimes higher power can really boost a flavor into something terrific.

Well, my idea of "higher power" (other than the AA thing!) is about 13 watts. Maybe 13.5. Still not exactly setting things on fire. :D But, since I do plan to get a Vamo 6 at some point, mainly because of being able to set my own hit-duration, that would give me a chance to try something over 15 watts.

I still don't like much airflow, which does kinda limit how hot I can turn it up.

The V4 750mah battery appears to be a bit shorter than the 800mah V3. I haven't been able to confirm that online yet. Does anyone here know? I agree with the other posters regarding the V4 just being to pricey right now. I got my two V3 batteries for $25 each a few months ago, which was still kind of pricey for me, but well worth it in the end. I use my V3 batteries a lot, along with several 650mah eGo type batteries. My one e-pipe mech mod I hardly use at all. I have been checking into the Joyetech eGrip (the wood one in particular, though the black one would be fine too). The eGrip looks pretty cool and handy, though I'm not sure if the form factor and weight will work out for me (smaller overall than an assembled eLeaf, and weighing in at about the same weight of 6.5 ozs). The eGrips are available for under $50, if you shop around. I think I would much rather have an eGrip at that price than a V4, and I expect eGrip prices will drop down some over time as well - maybe quicker than the V4?

If anyone sees a good deal on either the v3 or the v4, I'd appreciate hearing about it. I've been looking, and so far haven't found one currently on either. The places with low prices on the v3 are all out of stock right now, and some even say discontinued. Or if I have to pay that much I may try another Nature series one, and see if the third time's the charm. I was going to go ahead and splurge on a v4, but everyone's out of the chromatic.

Vapor Beast has the rainbow chrome at a bit less than retail INNOKIN ITASTE VV4-M 1,000 MAH. They have outstanding CS if anything is amiss.

Thanks much, it's ordered. $45.95 with free shipping isn't a lot more than I've been able to find for the v3. I'll report back about how I like it once it's here. If it is longer, that's actually good for me.

We'll be looking forward to your review. Please measure it accurately (length) when it comes in. I'm sure we all are wondering about this new device.

Just an fyi, for those who don't like airy draws::::ahem Andria ahem::::: but may want a nice huge tank, the kanger sub tank can use the same dual coil heads as the aerotanks and pt3's which drastically cuts down the airflow, and you even end up with more capacity then the 6ml you get with the occ coils since they are much skinnier. Even with air flow opened to max and no juice in the tank I was unable to lung hit with the regular dual coil head in.... So even mouth to lung vapers can enjoy this awesome tank :p

Well, I don't like dual coils, either; they seem to always change the flavor in ways I find unpleasant. This was exactly the reason I was so unhappy with the Nautilus I bought -- an Aspire product.

I've given my clearos another test-run, since becoming proficient with building and wicking coils, but I can't make them vape well, even with my own coils and wicks. Both my T3S and mini PT II tanks, with self-built and self-wicked coils, they'll vape ok for about 2 hits... then dry hit. Ugh. So I stuck them BACK in the back of the drawer, and stick to my Kayfuns and cartotank.

Since finding the Kayfun, I think it's a case of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." The best vape, by FAR, I've ever had is available from the Kayfun, of which I have two, and I can't find any reason to keep trying clearos, when I've been so dissatisfied with the other clearos I've used. Given how awful I found the single Aspire product I've tried, I see no reason at all to waste any money on any other Aspire products; given how dissatisfied I became with my Kanger clearos, I see no reason to waste anymore money on any Kanger products.

I just ordered this for the New Year. It will be my second ecig but first from my starter, which is an ego-t 100. I saw the video review on it and it looked real good.
