I beg to differ... the FTC has Laws in place to protect the Consumer, and the Business' can get in a lot of trouble for breaking them!!

I have spent the last hour going through the FTC Rules and although I am not going to go through a million paragraphs on what I found, I do not believe that I'm breaking any rules. From what I can understand you can't set a minimum price like :"Must Spend $100". You cannot advertise one thing and give another ( Say you will win a $1000 Diamond watch and instead give a $50 Knock Off!) Which I have not done. I have even supplied the Serial Number. The other thing is that you have to be VERY clear as to what is needed to win. I believe I have done all 3 things correctly. Now, we don't want to break any rules or have any hard feeling out there - our future Mod Giveaways will be done differently. As for this month, I would feel awful pulling it for the people have already participated. We are just trying to giveback to our customers who have and are supporting us. We will put a lot of thought into our next Giveaway to make sure it is something new, fun, and different!
