Is not that much time ago that I joined this community in a desperate attempt to find out what was wrong with my "just bought e-go starter kit" cause I was getting burn taste, just to find out that I purchased a cheap e-go battery with some cheap ce4 tank, and discovered that this was gonna be a journey to success, I'm still probably in the same page but just with a little twist of knowledge (not much btw) but thanks to the ppl in this forum I decided to keep going up, today just wanted to share some of my journey (still in progress) and show some pictures of my evolution...

Hope you like it

I have the Spinner Carbon 3 and the battery lasts about 5 months and just doesn't put out the power it once did. I had the same set up with the Protank 2. It's a solid starter. I've graduated to an istick 50w with a Subtank Plus. The IPV4 is next on the horizon.
i dont like the protank, it gurgles a lot! and this one came with a coil that was not even recognized by the battery, my MVP said NON ATOM, and i ordered some coil replacement but they were 2.2 ohms and it was burning taste all the time, so i havent really enjoy that set-up, but now i do love the subox mini, except for the fact that i found out with it im PG intolerant and have to move to 100% VG now, which just restricted me from vaping these last days.

I think something else is wrong. A different mod shouldn't change the way pg affects your body

when i was using a regular ego battery with some ce4 cheap clearomizer i was not coughing as much as i am with this one, so i think it could be because of the vapor production before was less (my guess) i tried it with 10% pg based flavor and 90% vg (mixed by myself) and the flavor was poor but no coughing so im guessing it was actually the PG

If that Subtank Mini is your first sub ohm tank It's possible the way you're hitting it is the culprit. Are you lung hitting it?
before i had the nautilus mini, which now that you mention it was the one who first made me cough but not not as much as i do now with the subtank, and yes is my first sub ohm tank

It might not be the pg, but the throat hit that makes you cough. Yes, no nic, high vg, can still have a throat hit. Some flavors are stronger than others. Citrus, tobacco, and cinnamon come to mind. And as Ohm Gnome says, the way you draw from it makes a difference. PG intolerance is usually more than just coughing. I get severe headaches and a small case of hives in my throat as well.

just noticed something a couple of minutes ago while in my lunch break, i tried the juice i made myself with just 10% flavor at 25W vapor was warm, and it made me cough, then i went down on watts to 20 and been vaping no problems, no coughing since, (could it be the warm vape instead of the pg?) now im confused
