    I'll do my best!

On a related note, does anyone have any recommendation on where to get REAL wide bored drip tip? All my stubby drip tips look wide bored, but all have the standard sized bore at the bottom so it was pretty useless

Cherry Vapes. Or check Google/eBay for "wide bore friction fit drip tip". I have these both and aside from the looks of the Cherry vape, it functions exactly how i wanted:

    Cloud | Chaser | Drip | Tip | Fogging | Vaping | Gear | Cherry Vape
Copper Cloud Tip Drip Tip Through Bore Mega Wide Bore Penny Plume Veil Vape | eBay

I picked up a Lemo Drop to go with my new rDNA 40 after reading all the rave reviews - and I have to say, this thing does not disappoint! I went through several different Kayfun Lite clones over the past 10 months, all with differing issues, but never felt the need to grab an authentic as I wasn't in love with the design. Those are all sitting in the back of a drawer now thanks to the Lemo! Great flavor, great vapor, no leaking whatsoever (huge problem with all my KFLs, especially now that I use a rDNA 40) - I don't have a single complaint!

I've seen it mentioned several times about the height of the coil over the air hole can have a big effect on throat hit. Considering that I'd like to lower my throat hit a bit (I'm using 9mg on a single .7 coil between 20-25W, I drip 3mg on .4 dual coils at 30W) does anyone have any recommendations on how to position or build my coil? Right now 6mg doesn't deliver enough nicotine, and 12mg is too high. 9mg is just about right but sometimes can be a bit harsh. Any suggestions are welcome!

You know what's weird? I wick mine and it vapes perfectly. THEN, when I refill it, then I start getting dry hits.....not sure why that is....any ideas?

The only thing I can think of is the ends of your wick are so short they get displaced from the bottom of the juice well when you're turning it upside down to refill.
    Doubt that's the case though.

It's the pressure in the tank that causes dry hits after a refill. Some people recommend not filling completely (like 90% full) I just try to remember to suck harder for the first 10-15 hits until the pressure normalizes, LOL! Most of the time it only takes a couple of good hard draws to get it rollin' again.

That makes a lot of sense. Yeah i got dry hits for like the first few hits after refilling today, but they subsided and it started wicking again. What's cool is that I have a nickel coil in there with the temp control set at 420 on my DNA 40, so no burnt taste! :)

Makes sense. Another thing to keep in mind, when you build/wick/fill your device the first time you wet the wicks and give it a test fire before you put it back together which means your wicks are already well saturated before you fill it up. I never vape my tank down it being bone dry before I fill it up again, this is probably why I never encountered this problem. One quick fix method that I can think of would be to pop the drip tip off and put a few drops of liquid down through the chimney onto the wicks. You probably couldn't do this with any other rta out there, but since the chimney on the lemo is so wide, you can actually see your build if you take the drip tip off.

^where did ya get that drip tip!? I want!

I dunno what it's called exactly. But today I popped my B&M cherry and went into one for the first time. It was a Beyond Vape shop.

It was a complete impulse buy; I don't believe in spending more than 10 bucks for a drip tip, but ended up with 3 of those for 27 each. Face palm. Kinda regret it now, even though it looks so sick

ETA: just checked the packaging. It's from Modish Metal

I have a theory. I fill straight from the bottle into the bottom of the lemo. I wonder if the pressure forces the wick down into the juice channels some times.

When I first got the Lemo, I did experience some dry hits. It was initially because I didn't sufficiently pre-wet the wick before putting on the chimney. I later got some dry hits when I refilled, and I soon realized it was due to overfilling. So definitely agree with others who said to leave a bit of room at the top.
