Tim is there for pick-up's, not sure about drop-offs
They prob needed a break, but a "heads up" would have been nice.
Dang this thread moves fast. It's the weekend. Doesn't anyone have a "weekend" speed.
Sorry I missed your decorating thread dale and yes I'm feeling better.
Way to go for two years..dang lost it, well congrats anyway. CHIMMY!! That's who.
5 miles on a stationary bike robin? WHY?
We are babysitting and we have nothing planned.
whew.
So how many pages did it jump as I typed this?
LAUGHSSS
Yep, what Dale said.
The thread used to be pretty busy ALL THE TIME, but not so much the last few months.
I'd probably get hit by a car
The beach is 15 mins away by car. Not walking to it! We have a cold spell happening here and the beach is just a tad too chilly to be walking on. Brrrrrr. I like the elliptical, very easy on these old joints!
I forget about all the snow bird traffic.
I heard about your cold spell. My nephew and I talked earlier this week. He was saying it was cold there (he's on Chokoloskee Island, which is S. of Naples). I said "what, cold like 50 degrees"

, and he said "yes, they were supposed to get down around 50".

I told him I had to hang up and call the wambulance for him.
If you think you'd enjoy a "workout" routine, check out T-Tapp.com
I really enjoy the "MORE", and "Senior Fit" DVD's. They're gentle workouts that really will help you get toned, and lose inches. No impact, and great for anyone at any level.
She has others that are more challenging, but those two are awesome. I'm basically a couch potato, so when I say that anyone can do them, I really mean it.

There are some short videos at You Tube, just search for T-Tapp, or Teresa Tapp. It will give you an idea of the style of "workout" she teaches.
