Well, Dr. said that may can get off their meds if they lose some weight and exercise. YUP, that's what I've been doing.

Last time I went in for lab work doc had to lower my thyroid meds

I'm kind of anxious to see how my labs come back.
I'm hoping that this weight loss isn't because my thyroid has kicked in and now I need to decrease that.
I feel better than I have in YEARS, so it won't surprise me if my thyroid numbers are actually up. LOL's.
...don't get me wrong, I would LOVE a working thyroid. I just don't want to gain that weight back.

...time will tell. But, either way, I'd be thrilled beyond belief if my thyroid kicked back in and started working properly.

Hi honey I'm home! The appointments went well. No damage from the high blood glucose to my eyes. New bifocals, happy as the old ones were from back when they had too see how small they could make them; the new ones actually cover the whole eye!

Bad news at my doctor. Not about me, for me. She's retiring and I will need a new one. She says Bruce can have about anyone but recommends an endo for my diabetes. She has one in mind...we'll see...

Haunted, did I mention I spent some time down around Roswell? Let me tell you they aren't all little greens...

Lori glad all turned out well.

Lynn my problem with doing the "era" songs is I seem to have lived in most all the eras! Hard to select just one!

And for my final bit of news... the "new" boss called today to say he hired someone else today. He was local and didn't require any benefits, just $10 an hour. Guess God has something different planned.
