We have to buy, our water isn't safe to drink. I usually go to town and fill up either 3 gallon or 1 gallon; I do buy a case every now and then as well as one to keep in the vehicle.

It seems like when they hack your card it just goes on and on.

Yes, and this occurred the day before mom passed away I was NOT on-line buying a cell phone I do not, nor have I ever owned a cell phone

We had already had this conversation and the letter they sent me today shows VERY clearly that I was NOT the buyer I don't get their problem???
They say they've been calling & calling ... well yeah, it's NOT OUR NUMBER!!

Good evening Lurkers.
I know. I'm one of "those" who doesn't come visit as much. Guilty.
I do stay caught up though, and try to post (almost) everyday.

So, again I have a busy week. Then hopefully I'll be done with Dr. appts./tests, etc. for awhile.
Thurs. is the day...(Robin will be happy). So if you would throw up a prayer for me, I'd be most grateful.
I don't anticipate any problem, it's just my 3 year check, and I'm not having any issues.
I'd also appreciate a small one for Wed. night, (the night before) that's always worse than the procedure.

...I have 4 crockpots. 2 small ones, I use for those hot cheese dips, mostly around the holidays or family get-togethers.
Then a med. sized (ancient) one, the kind that sits on the warming plate. I love it, it still works the best of them all.
Then a large (newerish) one. It's prob close to 10 years old now though, but it's too big for just two people. The only thing I really use it for is corned beef brisket. But I'm glad to have it when I do make one.

I still don't know about my thyroid test. Dr. will be back from vacation tomorrow. I called last Friday, and the results were there, but Dr. hadn't signed off on it, so they couldn't tell me anything. I get it, but forever more, it's a thyroid test. It's not like it's a do or die thing, and it's not like it's a big secret...if it's low, he'll up my med. If it's high, he will decrease my med. But rules are rules.

It was like a furnace outside today. I felt bad for the men who work in the repair shops at work. They have huge, commercial fans, but it's still way too hot!! A couple of them are no young, spring chickens either.

Lori, I do know what you mean. The prep is the worse part. Ugh! At least you will get it behind you *snicker*

The hardest part for me was knowing that I had to go through it again in a year. Each month that would tick by meant that the time was getting nearer. Now I am at 3 years before the next one

Two years of not thinking about it! Hahahaha Loving that!
