I figured out a way to get the glue off relatively easy. I ran the carto under hot water and rubbed off as much of the glue as possible. After that I took a sharp knife and scraped more off until it wasn't sticky anymore. Then I used fine grit sandpaper to clean it completely. Sounds like a bit of work but it's not too bad. My supplier was sold out on SS so I had to go the sticker'd route. Sandpaper alone didn't work out like I'd thought it would. I ended up with a sand coated carto.
Use coarse sandpaper and put it in your drill. No need for all the scraping and washing. It comes right off. I usually shine it up with steel wool afterword but the whole process is only a minute or so. I used to scrape them off and then use goof off to get the glue off but the drill was easier and I have to slot it with the Dremmel so I was in the shop anyway.

Well it happened. My scew go a little bit loose and my tank leaked out the bottom. I took it off and turned it upside down until I fixed it so I didn't lose much. Grrr. Quick fix though. Just grabbed a larger screw with larger threads too. Fits real tight. Once that airlock is gone the juice comes right out the bottom. It was after filling it with some juice I found that I really like besides 555 too. It's called wake n vape. I got it from the Vaporium while I was there. It's really good.

All attys leak, 5CS. They all have holes in them. I can't find the i06s on the IKV website. What am I doing wrong?
I never had any leaks with the mini 801 or the i06. If I get leaky cartos or attys I won't use them. I never seen a hole in either one of them.

Going to be tossing some up as prototypes? Pick up one of them with the brass cap and batt swap :)

I do not have time now IF I want to get out some units , I have to evaluate the material first , might be a leap but we will see ??? I will have the new bottoms in tomorrow , I have to figure out how to swap them out now ??????????

Look at the bases, just above the connector threads, 5CS. All of them have two holes, 180 degrees apart. They have to have them, or the draw would be like squeezing one end of a straw shut with your fingers and trying to suck air through it at the same time.

As a consequence, give any of them enough juice and enough time and they'll leak. Gravity works.

Ya I know but I've had a lot of juice in them without any leaking. I realize they have vents but not like the ones in the cannons and the 901s. But hey I only use attys about once a month to sample some juice or take a puff when I'm changing cartos. I have not had the i06 or the 801 mini leak any juice. I'm sure if I put 25 drops in one it would come out somewhere but I only put 3 or 4 in at a time.

Sounds like a good time to send mine back. Funny though, my button has been working better lately, go figure. I got the RMA form and a box to ship now I just need to print out and fill the form. I'm procrastinating big time though. I love this beast. lol
