Buzz,
Do you know if the caps people have now from the prototype tanks will fit on the new tank material.I hope so then we could all just buy the tank material and not a whole new tank from you to save some cash.

Yes it will , I will have the tubes separate to purchase as well in 1 and 1.5 " long.

What tank would I purchase for using a regular size cartomizer or fusion? The 1" or 1.5" do they hold different amounts of jucie?
What is the difference between the two (ya ya .5") but what one should I be getting?

For regular size get the 1" one , the 1.5" is for XL size

1" and 1.5" tanks. 25 and 38 mm. 18 and 31 mm usable height after allowing for the 7 mm of top and bottom plugs. 0.625" ID means R = 0.3125" = 0.794 cm. Area = Pi*r*r = 1.979 cm-squared. 1 ml = 1 cubic centimeter (factoid)

Short tank volume is 3.6ml, tall tank volume is 6.1ml, ignoring the carto wall and carto central core. I'd call them about 3.5 and 6 ml volume, acknowledging that you cannot really fill to the brim.

Looks like with the smaller tank I'd have one refill during a day, and the larger one would run me close to a full day. Decisions, decisions :)

This post just made me have a mild aneurysm........ I do think your underestimating the volume taken up by the carto tube and batting though.
