Thanks Bo. I knew there was something I had to do and also my vapor was going downhill. I need to refill my tank Duh.

Oh it get's better. I was in a dimly lit room filling my tank and noticed juice running all over my hand. I was filling away after it reached full. Man I'm turning into a dummy.
Oh well at least I'll have soft hands.

Back at ya. I don't like the deforming punching does to the carto tube. UI don't want to chance a leak but it could be alright. ETTO.

I haven't had any leaks since the first day when i over tightened the screw. I always have the screw touch the carto, use it to lock in place, keeps the tank from sliding at all.

I Put a seal on my screw. Not to seal it but to keep the screw from reaching the tank cause it leaked when I touch the tank.

aye. haven't broken down and got a pro yet, hoping that santa will let me get one.

I have the same experience as Bovinia and 5c, my fusions only "leak" from the cartomizer when I overfill(sometimes I just force the juice in with a syringe with a lot of pressure cause I am impatient ).

I have had some dual-coil cartos leak before, I assumed it was because of very loose "filler", but never the Fusions. I also use relatively thin juice, 70/30, or 80/20 PG/VG.

The only other possible cause that I can think of is that, while cutting the slot, the filler was inadvertently cut into too deeply, or all the way through. This would cause the juice to leak through the carto.

I tend to cut shallow, then poke out the slot with a screwdriver (setting myself up for comments with that one...)

When the screw goes against the carto it warps it enough to let air in. Most leaks come from air leaks causing it to lose vacuum.

That's pretty much what i figured was going on. Thanks all for the input. It's officially my bedtime now though. 5am comes early.

I let my screw barely touch the carto but don't tighten it once it touches.

Yup G$, I tend to squirt the juice in too fast but I'm getting better control of my premature juicelation

Like Bov, I absolutely let the screw touch the carto, but don't tighten it after that point. It locks the tank in position cleanly, and as long as you don't overtighten, there aren't leaks (at least with the multiple carto types I've used so far).
