I can't believe it!! Ordering on a Sat evening with a Mon hoilday and I still got my order today. Even with the great discount I still got freebies. I don't know how they do it. Everything was great with only a slight mistake 2 of my cart flavors came in the wrong strength 4 and 8mg instead of 0mg. I let them know just so they could keep ther inventory straight. I will give them to a friend that is still vaping nic. But that Chocolate Banana (Murphy's law) just smells so good I better get it out of the house so I am not tempted LOL. I don't want to take a change of backsliding. I know silly isn't it. These V4L people are just so very amazing. Oh almost forgot I also got my auto PT and am enjoying it.

I started at about 18mgs to 24 mgs stayed on it for about a month then got a wild hair and thought I would try the 0 nic since I had ordered some by mistake and it just worked for me. Haven't looked back since. I nevedr really thought that I would quit with e-cigs I just wanted to try to cut down. I tried to quit before and I got so paniced that I never tried again. I was just sure that I could never quit. I guess it was just my time to do it. Oh by the way I used to smoke 2 packs a day of generic Ultralights. With the help of V4L I hope to never pick up another cig again.

I need to edit my first post it was not V4L's fault about the incorrect nic strength of the Chocolate Banana that one was all me. Of all the flavors to do it with it had to be that one. It smells so good and I am so tempted. But I will be good and wait until I put in another order.

Ohh I've gotten some freebies.

Iirc, it takes the body about 72 hours (3 days) to adjust to a new level of nicotine. So theoretically, with some willpower, it'd only take a few weeks to go from high str to 0 if that's really what somebody wants to do.

I'm happy at my 8mg, and vape the occasional 0 or 4... But I enjoy the slight head rush so I don't want to drop to 0.
