Hey guys and gals, I just got my MISTer, and its by far the best mod or hybrid that I've ever used. One thing I can't seem to find though....how do I fill this damn thing? Lol. Like...top off the tank? I tried 2 different ways and both times I guess the vacuum or whatever broke and juice poured out of the air hole like niagra falls all over the place. The first time I just opened the top cap and put liquid in....juicy mess. The second time, I tightened the juice flow control down all the way, opened the top cap and put juice in.....juicy mess. If I could figure out how this is done, I'd be the happiest vaper alive! I love this thing!!

Second way is correct. Tighten down the juice control and fill. I always hold it by the mouthpiece while unscrewing the top cap to make sure it doesn't loosen up while taking off the top cap.

For filling the MISTer I just cover the airhole in the mid-section after ensuring juice control is closed and unscrew cap and fill. The MISTer Is one of my top 5 devices and I have a lot of nice more expensive harder to come by stuff. Igetcha69 was right, in his review he was like this is where I normally say because of all of the variables your vape experience may be different, but not with this device everything I put in it works well.

The other day I needed to redo a coil on it didn't have anything around so I found a scrap of ribbon wire made 3 huge loops (nearly the full distance from pos to neg) and just threaded part of a cotton ball through it. Didn't check ohms, no hotspots etc, and it vapes great!

I came here to see if anybody knows the measurements or where to buy a clear tank replacement (broke mine in less than 4 hrs) alternative. As = I have a feeling that there is not going to be a clear tank available until they make a new tank version because of how prone they are to breaking. I did see a threaded tank replacement for an AGR carto tank that looked like my mister tank but I need to research its dimensions. If you guys know of a place where I can find a useable alternative clear tank I would appreciate it!

Where did you get it? Haven't they been sold out for a while now?

I got it in a trade off the classies. I traded my like-new Macaveli 350 for his like-new MISTer 650 (w/ both metal and clear tanks). I gave him a few goodies too, like an extra tanks and some spare parts for it. I think I got the better end of the deal though now that I've been using it. I love this thing. My daily driver for sure.

Thanks, I'm just waiting for them to get more in stock.

Anyone know what options I can choose when purchasing the standard bundle in regards to battery tube type and size and tank type and size (which would also mean suction tube).

Not sure, but I think SS is the only option as standard with the norm (longer) tank.

The reason I ask is I want to set it up as aluminium 18350 tube with short PMMA tank.

I have a noble 1 and aluminium is so light and I would carry it everywhere except it leaks which I'm hoping this will fix.

I'd be willing to part with my PMMA tank when you get yours. It does have a crack on the threads, but it doesn't leak. I'd just charge you shipping.

I don't -think- they make aluminum tubes for them though...pretty positive its all stainless considering the weight. You might ask around and see if you can find a tube from another mod that'd be compatible though that's also aluminum?

I use 1.5mm ekowool with a piece of 3mm silica at the coil (28g).

Thanks for the offer, but if i can't order the unit with default PMMA I'll probably just order with it.

There are aluminium battery tubes available from their site also.

I didn't know that, that's cool. Personally, I like the weight of the SS. But that's nice for people like you that want a lighter unit.

And that's cool man, I just figured I'd help if you needed it, since I don't use the PMMA tank.

So the tube and tank can be interchanged?

So if I get a 18350 tube = short tank?

Also, 18500 tube = reg tank?

Last question, where did you get yours from? And what options did they provide?

After looking at more pics, looks like 18350 = reg tank

So I guess if I only need to buy the short tank and short mouth piece and I can also make 18350 with 3.5ml tank
