No problem, beetlespin. I wouldn't want a GG but I'm sure it is a fine PV. Big difference between not wanting one and bashing the performance of a PV without ever using it.

Holy crap, cut it out. I owned a Darwin for one day and then I sold it. I'm not bashing it. I'm explaining why I don't like the device AND explaining that it doesn't do exactly what people think it does. Drop your comments dude. I don't appreciate being baited in to your little tit for tat garbage.

As a matter of fact, I was one of the first people to get one. I had a disagreement with the vendor selling them and didn't feel like mentioning that I bought something there. I'm really tired of your constant droning. I told you, I KNOW what I'm talking about.

Looks like an interesting mod.

I haven't read the 19 pages of the thread, but to address the actual question posted, the most luxurious PV is the one you actually use. I suppose that's a bit simplistic, or maybe even a bit Zen, but it's the only real answer to the question.

Atomizer, juice style, convenience, looks, battery, price, long term reliability. You have to decide your list of importance.

A bottom feeder will give you all of that, but in a large package.

A pass through will give you all of that, except convenience and looks, and maybe not long term reliability, and for next to nothing in cost.

A variable voltage mod will give you all of that but price and convenience (except I suppose the ali'i VV will give you convenience), but possibly the VV mods will lack the long term reliability of a simpler mod.

I'm glad to see that people are getting Lv2s but that was the worst video review I've seen in a LONG time. So basically, there's no instructions, it is hard to set up/figure out (at least it was for that guy) but it vapes like a champ once you thin your liquids out. Oh and it's a centi-meeta taulah than the L. Is that about right?

Don't get me wrong, I like the Lv2, just had to comment.

That said, I think the ULRA is a strong competitor. I'm just waiting for Pailpoe to get the machined parts ready for the kits. It has even more features and the integrated ultra-low resistance atomizer (ULRA) portion of the mod tops any juice dispenser out there. We're talking about a genesis style atomizer so there's no need to buy attys any more. If I get my hands on an ULRA before my Precious number comes up, I may step out of line.

Luxury is pretty subjective. I could pop 4 grand on a high performance laptop with a super-cool paint job and the most modern or sleek design today... I could pop that same 4 grand on a super-rugged laptop that doesn't perform as well or look nearly as pretty but could be run over by a truck or tumbled down a mountain and still work just fine. Until you know what my lifestyle or my profession is, you have no idea what luxury is to me.

Three days a week, I carry a madvapes rough stack. The luxury of knowing nothing that happens could possibly harm it makes that unit worth its weight in gold - far more valuable than the few dollars I paid for it.

Seeing as how Steve was the very first to get a LV2. We rushed him to make a quick video so we could get a peek. As far as complicated! If you can program a coffee pot? I think you will be ok? Thinning liquids? We'll see! I use a 70/30 pg/vg any way

View attachment 74865 one of the newer ones ....I dont know how good it is but it looks pretty badass

No one knows if it's good. They hyped it for months. Then they released it. then they recalled all of them due to a pump problem. Then they've said nothing for the last two or three months since the recall leaving their users wondering. BasliRay loved his for the couple days he had it... but I really don't know if that's anything to go on.

I ran into a guy a Vapercon who had one. He chose not to send his back in when they recalled them, and its the only one I know of in the wild. I talked to him about it for a few minutes and he gave the impression that its just about the best thing since shaved vaginas.

Unfortunately I don't think the EQ will ever be released like it was supposed to be. I was on the preorder list and they refunded my money in August. That project is probably dead, and its a shame because by all accounts, it is one hell of a device.

there was a falling out with the designer/engineer dude just before first production...... the vendor put them out anyway, and first runs were a PIA and recalled.
I was on the list of first run and cancelled my order at the last minute because i felt it was too bulky and all that fuss over the pump that was never tried before.
Going with the VVPV though... top feed IS a good thing; i beta'd it too. Pump is a bit archaic; a plunger pump bottle, but it works! I like the layout. The cons are minor imo.
