GASP! SHOCK! GASP! BLUSH! SIGH......WHAT???!!! BLUSH! SIGH........OK - better stop there otherwise I'll get sued for 50 Shades of Grey plagiarizing.
Hula, I sincerely believe that Anthony's experience with Puros is related to his disclaimer.

Dan, going by my own discrete, personal experience, I think you will find the Puros Naturale disappointing. I don't get the applause for this juice at all. I have the Naturale and I get almost no flavour. I get nothing from it. Just PG with the slightest bit of flavour. Eden is slightly better but only because I can actually taste apple in it. It doesn't compare, in my opinion, to the robust tobacco flavours of vendors like Goodejuice, Want2Vape or Mountain Oak Vapor.
*Scratches head*
The Virginia Prime is good though. I will make this disclaimer though. I ordered the Puros and Eden in it's no nicotine form here in Australia from an Australian vendor. That is because it is illegal for Australian vendors to sell nicotine based liquids. It's possible that when the liquids were designed for the Australian commercial market, they were altered greatly due to the nicotine extraction (or elimination) process. However, the Virginia came from an American based vendor with nicotine and I do like that particular one.
Based on your opinions on most NETs, I doubt Puros is going to be any less disappointing for you.
OK I did some research (Mann's influence!) and this is what I found on the ECL product page (emphases mine):
We understand that there has been some talk in regards to the El Toro products that we sell, first and foremost all of the e-liquids in our store are 100% authentic, we do not sell any counterfit e-liquid products. The HOL e-liquids that we sell are made and bottled in the UK by Mr. El Toro himself! For people that generally purchase El Toro direct from HOL with nicotine already added will notice the colour difference between our El Toro and the El Toro with nicotine. Our El Toro is clear, this is because there is no nicotine added into the liquid. All El Toro e-liquids are clear in colour (except for Guevara & Virginia Prime – which we do not stock) prior to nicotine being added into the liquid. The nicotine that HOL uses does enhance the flavour of the liquid, this is a fact, the nicotine that HOL uses also changes the colour of the liquid from clear to golden brown, this is also a fact. These are things that people do not know. We are the first company in the world to receive El Toro products without nicotine. We have worked very closely with HOL to try and enhance the flavour of El Toro for the Australian vaping community. Generally El Toro e-liquids are made with 1kg of tobacco steeped in 10 litres of base liquid. All of the El Toro e-liquids that we stock have been made with 2kg of tobacco steeped in 10 litres of base liquid, hence the “double flavour”, we have done this to try and accommodate the “no nicotine” factor. We hope that this answers some questions and if there are any other questions both Ecig Life and HOL welcome you to contact us anytime. We try and do our very best for the vaping community by bringing premium quality products into Australia. We would like to thank the the people that support us.
First off, MR. El Toro? MOOOO!
But perhaps there is something to the "double flavor" process of using twice as much tobacco in the same amount of steeping liquid that is diminishing the liquid? I have only bought the Australianized version of Brasileiro from ECL and it does in fact taste exactly like the Euro full-nic version.
Anthony, if you have a spare small bottle, maybe send me a few drops of the ECL Puros when you send me my W2V stuff when it arrives? I will compare it to my Euro versions, one provided generously by Hula, the other from the Nick F group buy earlier this year.
Actually Anthony, when tobacco is extracted by maceration or other techniques, it produces a concentrated extract. Like other flavor concentrates, the juice is then made by adding pg and/or vg, and nicotine, that's why most NET vendors can offer different ratios.
HHV can offer pg-free NETs, because they use ethynol for their extraction method, and the resulting concentrate has no pg in it.

Then why do vendors such as Want2Vape say their liquids are all 55/45 and can't be altered because they have been created from the extraction process?
If you do a PG maceration, you can't have a PG free juice.
I knew I was making an error somewhere in the notion that all extracted juices turn out the same PG/VG ratio which is why I was tentative in my post. I am not sure where I read that and I knew it didn't make sense. Admittedly I have still a lot to understand about the various extraction processes. I was hoping to help out the poster on his question about GEJ juices in cartos.
I don't know where I got that information from. Mr Mann, now that I think about it, it may have been you who put that notion into my head when you mentioned something about knowing which of Vaperite's juices are NETS because they all have the same PG/VG ratio (around 50-50 or 55-45). I am fairly sure I read that on one of the sites as well.
How do you get a truly extracted juice when you then go and stick raw PG and VG in it? Isn't that like squeezing 100% orange Juice and then diluting it with water, which then renders it NOT 100% squeezed juice?
Also, if extractions are actually concentrates which then have PG/VG ratio mixed according to user preferences, then wouldn't the extractions be available as concentrates? The only one I know that does is My Vape Juice.
I know very little about maceration admittedly. Perhaps I should do some research.
This all belongs in the Natural tobacco thread so I am happy for any responses to go in there and to close this discussion here.

Bump for a really interesting thread here
And it's not like it is attracting a lot of new people.
Still open then. We can discuss the awards or anything else. Glad somebody else likes it.
We can be a little TMZ, full of awards-show gossip.
I am honestly surprised that The Plume Room didn't do better. I of course voted for Candied Cavendish as best fruit NET, because it is one of the pillars of my life. You know how on Game of Thrones they worship The Seven? "Father, Smith, Warrior, Mother, Maiden, Crone, Stranger"? I have my own Faith of the Seven... "Serendipity, Candied Cavendish, Dragon's Fire, Patriot, Maple Burley, Brasileiro and Gorilla Juice". LOL. Any of those get down to critical levels and I get antsy. Candied Cavendish gets ordered in 50ml bottles.
