There has been some "hype" on the ECF with the T2's and I'd like to offer some clarification.

Our version appears to be the same build as the Kanger T2's with a couple of exceptions. The first being the design of the wicks. Ours have 4 tiny, 1" long wicks. The Kanger's have a tiny wick with a plastic looking cup. Having used the Coil-5 for the past couple of weeks, I can say the wicks worked flawlessly. Tipping is obviously required. The other difference is we purchased the Coil-5's with 5 heads ( 1.5, 1.8, 2.2, 2.5, 2.8 ) which are all included. Here's a pic

We would like to know if the masses would prefer the Coil-5 to be sold with just one head at a competitive price point. There is always better value if we keep it the way it is but we would like to hear your thoughts.

Update: As suggested by Chagrin, we have will now offer the Coil-5 with a single head for $7.50 with replacements at $2.50/head & will include a replacement mouthpiece once the replacements get here.

Perhaps you could offer both and then sell the extra heads seperately ?

Personally I would rather a single coil because; I'm cheap and don't want to spend more than I have to to test something, the coil head should last quite a while and I would not want to mess with a huge range of resistances, generally I just stick to ~3 ohms and maybe ~2 ohms for smaller devices, so voltage settings are easy.

Do you do offer a pick-up option in Toronto ? I haven't ordered anything since before the re-design/revamp.

I have been vaping on the Coil-5 for a few days now.....not bad so far, tipping is a must once the liquid gets below 1.2-1.6mls, the flavor is pretty good but i find the TH a little weak...this is my first clearo since the original stardust and i like it (the coil-5) more, I still want to try another juice in it before i do my review though.

Having multiple options for selection is a great idea. I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the suggestion.

We will have a pickup option, setup in 2 to 3 weeks in the Yonge & St Clair area - a 1 minute walk from the subway. More details on this will follow.

STOCK UPDATE - Joyetech eCab's have arrived. The eCab uses a changeable atomizer (eGo C Type A) and uses a new 360mah battery. You can easily take out and replace the rechargeable 360mah battery. The eCab is not compatible with other Joyetech models! This model is the perfect size, in between the 510 and the eGo and comes in White, Pink, Black and Stainless! Very attractive, stylish units that perform (360mah) extremely well!

was the coil-5 originally $15? cause i see it is $7.50 now....or was i imagining the $15 lol, i just did a review on it and mentioned the price point at $15 :/ Does it come with all 5 heads at the new price?

Great Review, Cmac. Thank you - we changed it yesterday to $7.50 with one 2.8ohm head & additional heads at $2.50. We have reported the splitting mouthpiece issue to our supplier which seems to be a common issue. 200 replacements are being sent out. Always seems to be an issue with the initial release of a new product from China. They never seem to get it right, the first time. Oh well, what can you do? All we can do is report back & wait for a rev2.

Adding a pic of the colours - we have blue, red, grey, yellow, purple & the clear.View attachment 121613

Update on the Coil-5's - It is now apparent, that some of the initial release of all T2's may have the splitting mouthpiece syndrome. Hopefully a rev2 will evolve and address the issue. Until then, we are including a replacement mouthpiece (free, of course) with every unit sold. A shoutout to TheRealCMac & Mindfield for their great and honest reviews.

I love mine mike the replacment has been going strong since I recieved it without a single flaw still on the same coil it was shipped with. Thanks again.

I've been using the same T2 (now with a 3rd head) for the past 5 or 6 weeks - no problems with the mouthpiece. Last weekend, curiosity got the best of me - I used a flashlight to look inside & low and behold - there was a difference between the original samples we had & the ones we have in the inventory. I'm not going to try to explain the difference - it doesn't matter at this point as most of the original 20, did crack & we sent out replacements. So I guess, anyone who got theirs in the last month, will have the v2 mouthpiece. The heads are lasting me 7 to 10 days before they start to give a muted taste. I then steam them & do a dry burn. I find, i can do this 2 to 3 times, successfully before I toss the head in the trash. With that said, nothing beats the clean taste of a brand new head.
