I have the same problem RIMP. I use 29 and 28 and as the wire gets thicker it works less. 30 gauge is fine but the coils wear out too fast. I like 29 and my toenail clippers.

I placed my first NT order a year ago. Trying to decide if I should get anything special for #31 . . . . .
