I went out to buy a backup battery and ended up coming home with a new primary battery and a bunch of other stuff too. Got an eGo Twist with a Vivi Nova and I'm amazed at the difference from my old setup! You can't really even compare the flavors of the two... if I was excited about vaping before, I'm ecstatic now. And to think that there are a million more advanced options out there to try, I can't wait! By next paycheck I'll be more addicted to new vaping equipment than I ever was to analogs.

Anyone else ever have this moment of revelation? I imagine it's pretty common.

Yeah, it's a bit of a learning curve. Since 19 Sep I've spent $686.94 - I keep a spreadsheet - and most of that was on new equipment with larger batteries as I rapidly saw through the limitations of the thing I was currently using.

Not really a problem since my break-even point on the previous cost of smoking should be a mere two weeks away, after which I'll be rich. Rich I tell you, filthy RICH. Mwahahahah.

Welcome to the wonderful world of vaping! The various choices really are great. Its much more akin to pipe smoking minus the throat and mouth cancer. Really makes me wonder about the alure of cigarettes. Why burn a paper tube filled with lawn clippings when you can vape a delicious juice in a precision crafted device that perfectly suits your personality?

.....on a side note: yes you had your vape moment....anyone who classifies their selves as a vaper understands what this moment is like....you'll have another when you find your perfect (everyday) juice...and you'll have another when you figure out which the juice delivery systems that work for you....the thing i like about it, it doesn't get "old" it gets better....i can honestly say i ENJOY vaping, its more fulfilling for me, i like being able to taste different vapes instead of just drab old tobacco...i like how it gives me another hobby that is actually beneficial to me...for me, i see no cons in vaping as opposed to smoking....its a world of a difference, literally a new way of life.

Funny too how I never went to a cigarette smokers forum to find out what kind of lighters they were using or browsed pictures of their packs of cigs? Perhaps you are right about the "way of life" part. Can I get a hell yeah?

I know the feeling. I can never say that I was excited about waiting to go buy a pack a smokes either but I count the days and constantly refresh usps tracking site for my vapemail. Hopefully there comes a day when every town has a B&M to walk into.
