hi everyone, I was just reading some articles on nicotine inhalers and ran across an article I thought was pretty interesting. if I'm reading it right, it could possibly be the birth of vaping.

articles. latimes. com / 2005 / oct / 30 / business / fi-chrysalis30

Please leave the spaces out. I'm not allowed to post URLs yet:(

If somebody with 15 or more post could please post the URLs it would be highly appreciated and make it easier on people reading. Thank you,

Happy Easter

An alternative product, if successful, could cannibalize Philip Morris' existing business -- and possibly create a new public relations headache.

This is why they haven't developed it - they can't be sure their product would sustain market share - right now, PM holds 50% of the nicotine market thorugh Marlboro-a new product would "shift the playing field"

Unlike cigarettes, which are not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration, a tobacco-free nicotine product would face a long and costly government review, with uncertain results.

Follow the money......

"The cigarette manufacturers don't want to kill their customers," said Kenneth Warner, dean of the University of Michigan School of Public Health. "That's simply an unfortunate side effect of use of the product."

OMG!!!!! How sterile and sanitized is that statement....

This is coming very soon I suspect. Once the simplicity of the technology and the (potential) cleanliness of the product becomes widely known it's only a matter of time before all this goes mainstream.

But I swear to God, if The Man starts charging me the same price for vaping equipments as he charges me for fags I'll be soooooooooo ...... off.

They can't.. assuming we don't add nico to the mix. They can't tax us on diluted water, flavourings and PG / VG can they :)

Assuming we ween ourselves off nico.

We could vape anything we like and they could not stop us or tax us...

Vaping is here to stay in one form or another, as long as the hardware manufactors don't get cold feet.

One only has to consider the incessantly pushed studies seemingly showing that vitamins are useless, if not dangerous, to see that corporate controlled so-called healthcare will always put profit before health.Vitamins are essential, yet ridiculed despite that ridicule leading to untold suffering, especially when the damage of pharma drugs peddled to treat symptoms and side-effects is taken into account. The denial of real health may have cost more lives than war, all told. The revolving door is one giant racket.
