To me, a surprisingly neutral, non-vaper, juul-centric view of events that have unfolded that also filled in some missing pieces. Seems to lay the roots of teen vaping squaring on the mass-market advertising. This matches my perspective. I remember being taken aback by blu's Jenny McCarty ads on network tv, and surprised at the legally.
