Two packages tracked as delivered today, yet none were in MY mailbox!

I wish mine had been delivered instead of lost. Wake and vape told me they'd send a replacement but when I inquired about *WHEN* they said waiting on USPS to accept the claim.
2 weeks later the claim still hasn't been accepted. I don't care. I waited long enough and after my last email I guess they figure let's just give this crazy her money back!
