OK the Ruz and I are not friends right now...LOL, I jinxed myself...I have built three coils, tightened the deck screw, loosened it....it does not fire on the Provari...reads 1.4 then OP....on ohm reader it reads 1.4.....grrrrr...cannot for the life of me figure out the issue. And the coil screws are mushy feeling, hard to tighten down and stay down...searching the forums for answers...

Got it, it hates my beauty rings...

I'm sorry. I feel responsible. Is it a clone?

No it is real...I think. got it from vapin art? I think I was just worn out from building but it did seem a little fussy on the tighten down. Of course by the time I had done two different dual coil buids I was feelin' over-confident.

If you can use a ring with it, which one do you use?

Tell me that's Not the BEST TANK YOU'VE EVER HAD!!!!!!
I'm ready to get a couple

Lol I really don't get the hype. The tool-less filling and juice capacity is great. But nothin else impressed me. I might not be building it right though

What about it? I took my cue from the Erlkonigin thread :( inputs appreciated!!
Twisted has a Great vid.

The legs of the wick are supposed to flexible down the channel a bit. I did notice if I make the legs small and the top big I get much better flavor
To me I have taifun / square flavor with Twice the vape at 21-24 w with zero dry hits

Yeah I have that. I followed qorax, and had super thing wicks slightly down the vertical channel.

I also read the explanation from one of the first Austrian beta tester to leave fat shoulders before the 2 prongs, but skinny azz wick down the vertical channel. Hmm.

I also wish the air hole is bigger. It's so much smaller than the combined airhole below!

Don't get me wrong. It's an EXCELLENT vape. But I think the taifun still has better flavor, and it's on par with a kayfun.

It has a nice draw. Not too tight, not too loose. I love that you can remove the sleeve and slide the quartz glass down to fill...very easy that. Not all drip tips fit it as the drip tip hole is a little narrow. I could have put a bit more wicking in, treated it like a kayfun. Next time I wick I will use more but follow the Kayfun wicking style and keep the wick against the deck wall.

Over all it is a good vape, not sure yet if I like it more than the Kayfuns. Will see on the next re-wick.

In order of draw from airy (1) to firm (4)
1) Tobeco Orchid
2) Fogger -fully adjustable but wide open can be quite airy
3) Kayfun and EHPro Kayfun
4) Ruzgar

In order of ease of filling (1) Easy to (3) harder

1) Ruzgar
2) Kayfuns and Orchid (same process)
3) Fogger - The airflow control ring gets in the way of unscrewing it from the mod a bit. Not too annoying but I wouldn't try it after a beer or two, LOL

I like all of the tanks. I would have liked the Ruzgar a bit better if it would tolerate a ring and if the screws didn't feel as soft as they do. In fairness, maybe I am just tired and fussy...LOL. Let's see what happens if I rebuild it with Nickel and run it on the XPV...:D

I can use a beauty ring with mine. I have a Delrin Loki ring and two metal ones I think are a Kayfun and a Kir Fanis (it has tear drops). With the Loki and the Kayfun I have to screw down very tightly, but the Kir Fanis spins.

To me the flavor is about the same as taifun but the vape production is a lot better.
What's the saying - it's all subjective.. lol

The Kayfun and Vari rings are not working for me...I'll try a Kir Famis at some point...those are pretty.

I love it for tank cracker juice and I also love that if I drop it, the glass won't break. I tend to be a bit on the clumsy side.

Update on the Ruz.....Loving it now!!! Except for the beauty ring part....re-wicked with a tad more cotton...Fill is so easy! Filled it with a juice I like better and she is off to the races....nice vape, easy fill, if you can ignore the beauty ring problem or get one it likes....it is a nice little tank.

Yay! I use rayon in mine. It's easy to rewick too. I wait until the juice is gone (since I use the same flavor, but it's easy to pour juice back into a bottle from the glass part), then I screw it apart with a paper towel, put the base on the ProVari, dry burn, rewick, test resistance, take off and fill. It took me longer to type this than it would to rewick.

Yeah the filling and emptying process is stellar on a Ruz to be sure.

I got started with cotton bacon...which I fell in love with. But I broke out the Ko Gen Do for the Ruz...not used to that. I need to try the rayon you sent me. Next time I re-wick that is what I will use.

...
I have the voltage at 4.2 on the 1.7 ohm fogger dual coil build and that is as high as I can go without hitting the limits of the battery. This equates to a little over 10 watts...as opposed to my average 7.7 watts single coil builds.

How low are you building your single coils? Are you using a ProVari? I'm currently vaping a 1.5Ω single coil at 4.7v. That's 14.7w/3.1 amps.
