This was my dad's pocket watch for about 20 years! He died in 2000 so it's pretty special. It was originally given to my alchoholic brother who kept pawning it, grrrrr. I mentioned to my mom, about a year ago, that it would be such a treasure for me to have and then I forgot about it. She brought it to me yesterday after getting it out of pawn and told me it should be with some one who would love it as much as my father did! [emoji5]️ We both had a good cry thinking about him!

I am happy that your family treasure is now in the hands of someone who can appreciate and care for it. What a nice surprise for you!

Yes those woodys look veeery tempting! But I do love my gunmetal 2.5. It is a nice dark gray.

Well they have not been discontinued yet, so I still have some time, but it would be a few months before I can consider getting them. High end attys are next on my list, then the woodys. :)

I'm pretty clueless about the woodvil's. Are they a mech or vv/vw? I like the ones with the fire button on the side instead of the top, is that a certain type or are all the woodvil's like that?

I think the all woodys are on the side, and I think it can be called a mech, but it has a spring that has a safety feature, that makes it a bit better. I am no pro at this though.

They are still mechanical,,,but he is coming out with a new line of them with low-profile attachments and improved 510 connections and they are pretty!

The post is fixed but I'm sorry to say that I don't know who Clark is. My intent was only information pertaining to me that might benefit a person wondering why too much PG or too much VG was making them feel unwell. Since almost every time I post there seems to be something wrong with it, I think I'll just slide on out the door and leave you folks to your own vices and devices.

I commented before you changed your post. Clark is Kent Brooks of Nicoticket (Custard's Last Stand & Frenilla)

Norma Rae thanks for earlier. It's those intense thought provoking debates that get my juices flowing!

And if you're still around~ Hi Tony!

Haha..you know I have the most love for all of you...not intending to get anyone overly juicy...LMAO :toast:

If nothing else...we got to see Tony Tone!!! :D

This post was heart warming. So glad to hear that your Mom retrieved the watch and gave it to you to cherish and care for! That's some great stuff right there.

This was given to my father from his father, so amazing!! Antonio DiPietro immigrated to the United States from Italy when my dad was 2 years old!! My daughter just did a research paper on him for a class last semester.
