My i4 is having problems charging my 26650 it tells me they are charged but they are not
Ah. Afraid I'll be of no use here. I don't and wot be owning any 26650 batteries. I think the luc takes 26xxx batteries if I recall correctly

My ProVari Power Pro takes 26650 is only reason I got have them.
Anything under 1ohm it won't fire. You should get a ohm meter to test coils and to build on.

Bear in mind that it's a genesis. Not the most pocketable tanks around. Leaks if you lay it on the side.
