That would be the place. As I said before, I don't like it there, but I visit and try to post some content that is actually useful. There is a lot of ECF bashing that goes on, but not everyone. Joe even told me I could post links to my blogs here if I don't feel like typing them over. He seems to like to stir up trouble and then sit back and watch.
I think i saw one of his reviews on a kayfun bkack edition.
Not sure if it was him or not. He did the review from his car. Smh

Boo.

Spent the whole morning repacking KGD cotton pads into ziplock bags for the folks I'm bringing back in the US. At 80pads per pack, I'm currently sitting on 880 pads. Hehehehehh

HELLO ALL

ETA: while I'm at this. If anyone is willing to wait 3 weeks for it and still want 80kgd pads for 12USD, lemme know

Heh heh thanks folks.

Now on to more serious business. I hate noalox.

Anyone got another good lube to use? (For the mod! Not the other kind.....*looks at chief*)
First thing I do when I get a ProVari is, clean off all threads, You can call me crazy, then I lube the threads with a tiny bit of vaselene with a toothpick. There, I said it:unsure:

So... Vaseline works? I just wanna make sure I don't affect the connectivity cos it kills battery life.

That's how I know I needa clean my contact and the threads: when new batts registers lower than 4V and batt life is crap.

Thing about noalox is that it dries up and is a PITA to clean up prior to a new coat.

Depends on where.
If its for someplace that the liquid wont contact i use quantum hot sauce or lps2

For the contact points i generally stick with a tiny bit of noalox after they get a good cleaning with a bit if baking soda.

I don't know anything about it - good or bad - but just the other day I made a note when someone recommended this stuff, Deoxit. They were talking about the "pen" and saying they dab it right on a battery connection and could measure reduced voltage drop...

Here's a nifty kit of different goop.
