I've only had one wire that broke at the joins and I've used up a whole pack of wires. I used to change my coils a lot but since stopped those juices that gunk up quickly.
I so wish you lived closer. I'd do you coils for you. It only takes me a few minutes to do each one.

Yes, that's what I have. Cannot wrap it without messing up the joins.

The piece I got from the hair place is enough for at least 50 plus wicks. Sophias use hardly any wick material. I probably could make a cotton ball last for 30 wicks.

Crazy over on EVF just bought a 3# box. Not to mention a few others have the 500' boxes. I'm sure for some shipping monies, you could get all you'd ever need... and be doing them a favor in the process. :) Buda's been giving it away. I'm afraid to ask, because I've seen how much he sends you. I'd need an extra closet for it all. :D

What is a PDIB?

A full mechanical bottom feeding wood box mod :)

These are also all hand made one by one by a ECF-er and have a 1.5 years waiting list

Should have known you have one. I'm going to steal your gear when your sleeping.

African blackwood or snakewood, but waiting that long for one, I'd be happy with anything unique and prefer not just being brown.

Ang, check with ValHeli. He's found some of the most unique wood. I think he's up to 97 Dibis but I lost count. He'd be glad to help you find something different.

I can only speak to the performance of the Dibi- it's outstanding. The REO as far as aesthetics is a grab & go mod. The Dibi is elegance in motion.
Regarding performance they're both great. The Dibi was made with the tinkerer in mind- those who like improving or making modifications to their Dibi; I'm not one of them.

Thats gorgeous...ive often wondered how do the non-reo bottom fed mods compare in performance to the reo?

Also in vapemail today: $4 including tax is gonna let me make a coil EXACTLY the diameter I want (if I ever figure out I want a particular diameter)! That's 15 bits ranging from 1 to 2 mm. Did I mention it was $4?
