If it draws hard no matter what battery you try it on, then you'll know for sure it is the atomizer. Valgar is right, alignment of the holes is critical, but also check to see if the atomizer holes are clogged. Do a search in the forums for cleaning techniques, there are entire threads devoted to this topic.
If it works on other batteries but just not the current one, then it is probably a stuck, or "sticky" switch. I had this problem with one of my batteries and tapping it lightly seemed to help a little. It wasn't good enough for me though so I went poking around inside it and decided to widen out the hole to ease the draw. I started to notice improvements but got greedy, went too far, and bricked my battery 8-o ! I let all the smoke out of it. If you accidentally short these puppies out they get real hot real fast. Luckily I have 3 more so it's no big loss. Now I've got parts to play with.
Good Luck! Vape On!

twisting the atomizer a little, seems to help a little bit, its this damn smoking everywhere cig, was working fine till a couple days ago, honestly i can't wait for this atomizer to just break so I can take advantage of my 1 year warranty and just get a new one.

As "breakfastchef" said, don't wait, do it now. Call the supplier, and have them send you a new atomizer. While you're at it, you may want to purchase an extra, and let them ship it with your replacement. Then you'll have a backup.

well all I gotta do is go to the mall kiosk and ask for a new one. But I'm not so sure he'll just give me a new one if it's still producing vapor. Worth a try though, maybe I'll just burn it out. ha ha

You might have just gotten a piece of crap, like I did from another supplier. Try Puresmoker--I've had good experiences there (but there's no guarantees in this game).

I have 2 RN4081 and have had this same problem some times...here's what I did...

Change to a new full charged batt.
If this does not work. Boil some watter and put the atomizer in it for about 3 mins or so...let it air dry for about 20 min. Then blow it out with canned air...this has brought back a few atomizers from the dead for me and they work GREAT!!

Hope this helps a little...
