If I didn't misunderstand the rules, I can meet as many challenges as I want? What if they've already been met?

If I insert in to a challenge that's already met, do I post a new challenge or no? Or... should I have not made any attempt at one-upping one that was already met?
Hmm, I never actually thought about that. That's not how I intended the game to be played, but it sure does make it interesting. The way that we have been playing is just the first person to complete said challenge creates the new challenge and the old challenge is then dead.
However, the one-upping idea is a cool addition as long as we can keep track of the challenge at hand. I have an idea, if you're going to one up a challenge that someone else completed, you also have to complete the most recent challenge. Sound good?

Ha ha well luckily I did it late enough at night that everyone was asleep but that would have been hilarious if someone walked down and saw this guy frantically stacking pillows and his vaporizer thing just chilling inside...
